Over 24 years ago, we began our journey in Roses under the name Fusion, where for 4 years we explored Mediterranean-Asian fusion cuisine. Then, 20 years ago, we moved to Palau-Saverdera and adopted the name Nou Fusion, with the aim of continuing to offer a unique gastronomic proposal in an unparalleled environment.

Menu of 38 euros with a tasting of three dishes, a second to choose meat or fish and dessert. Fantastic, very well made, super attentive staff and perfect place to enjoy the moment.
